By visiting our website, making a reservation, or participating in one of our events, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all clients, guests, providers, and partners, and are intended to ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of our services. Using our services constitutes full acceptance of these provisions and any subsequent updates. Any individual or entity entering into an agreement with our establishment is bound by these terms upon confirmation of the reservation.

Nature of Services and Liability Exclusions

Our establishment offers entertainment services based on games inspired by the casino universe, exclusively in a private and event setting. All gaming activities, such as poker, blackjack, roulette, craps, and slot machines, are operated with tokens or items of no monetary value. No betting, real money wagering, or cash payments are allowed. Our services are solely intended to provide an immersive, social, and festive atmosphere, unrelated to gambling. We operate in full compliance with all applicable regulations for private leisure venues, holding all necessary insurance, authorizations, and compliance. Participation in games is optional and for entertainment only. We do not promote or tolerate any form of illegal gambling or unlawful activity.

Reservations, Payments, Cancellations, and Liability

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of written agreement and deposit. Final payment terms are specified in the client contract. Cancellations by the client may result in partial or total forfeiture of the deposit, depending on the notice period and agreed conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone an event in cases of force majeure, such as extreme weather, administrative restrictions, technical incidents, or any other situation beyond our control. In such cases, we will do our best to offer an alternative, without incurring financial or legal liability. The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the event, number of participants, and specific needs. Any damage, whether intentional or accidental, to our facilities or equipment will be charged to the client. We disclaim any responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the event.

Guest Behavior, Access, and Age Restrictions

Casino-type games are reserved for persons aged 18 or older, unless prior written agreement is made for specific family events. We reserve the right to request identification at any time. Anyone who is intoxicated, disruptive, or does not comply with our rules of conduct may be denied entry or removed from the event. The client is responsible for the behavior of all their guests, as well as any external providers present during the reservation. Any disrespectful, dangerous, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of the service without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited except in designated areas, and alcohol consumption is only permitted under the supervision of authorized staff. Any attempt to introduce unauthorized materials, manipulate games, or disrupt the organization may result in exclusion from the venue or legal action in the event of serious misconduct.

Third-Party Providers, Media, and Intellectual Property

The involvement of third-party providers, such as caterers, artists, photographers, or technicians, must be reported in advance and approved by our team. We reserve the right to refuse any external service that may compromise safety, the smooth running of the event, or our insurance conditions. Unless otherwise requested before the event date, photos or videos may be taken for promotional or documentation purposes. By participating, guests consent to this possibility. It is possible to request a strictly private event without recording, upon simple request. All visual or promotional content produced by us or our approved partners remains our intellectual property. No reproduction, distribution, or use is permitted without our written consent.

Final Provisions

These terms constitute the entire agreement between our establishment and its clients or guests, and take precedence over any prior written or verbal communication. If any clause is found to be unenforceable by law, the remaining provisions will remain fully valid. We encourage every client to contact us with any questions before making a commitment. Our team is available to assist, advise, and ensure fair, safe, and smooth service at every stage.
